regina (reggie) mullins is a director with cushman & wakefield in the dc metro area. she oversees office, retail and industrial portfolios. her responsibilities include the supervision of managers in all aspects of day-to-day operations, tenant relations, financials, leasing, and client relations for properties totaling almost four million square feet. her duties also include chairmanship of cwed, an in-house educational committee for the dc area’s asset services division. reggie is an instructor for irem and was the 2008 irem international president.
