purpose:

• provide guidance in developing programs for and communicating with irem members who manage hud‑subsidized or ‑insured properties
• meets with hud, rural development, and other governmental bodies and reviews their directives

composition:

• chair
• vice chair
• at least five additional members
• all serve one-year term

desired qualifications:

• experience in management of government insured or subsidized housing
